Job Summary The role holder will provide legal, litigation, security documentation, recovery, compliance, corporate development, and administrative support to the Bank while ensuring proper documentation, regulatory compliance, effective recovery processes, and mitigation of legal risks. Responsibilities Security Documentation: Coordinate the preparation, review, registration, execution and maintenance of the Bank’s security documentation and related registers. Litigation Management: Support management of litigation by and against the Bank, liaising with external advocates and ensuring timely compliance with court and regulatory orders. Non-Performing Accounts & Recoveries: Support recovery of non-performing accounts, including issuance of demands and statutory notices, follow-up with advocates, preparation of recovery reports and tracking recovery actions.
