C. Return shipping cost:
1. Return and exchange fees (shipping packaging, product depreciation, goods inspection and tallying, secondary QC):
★Regular priced slow-selling items can only be discounted for exchange with other products
★If there is no sales within 1 month after placing the order, the item will be replaced at the customer’s expense with free return shipping;
★If there is a backlog within 10% off months of placing the order, compensation will be based on the product value
★For orders placed within 3-5 months, if there is slow sales, we will compensate based on the product value at a rate of 20% off%
★Orders outstanding for over half a year, based on the product value of 30% off
★ Returns are not accepted for items that have been used for more than a year or exceed 400 pieces.

Maintenance Instructions:Free maintenance items include issues such as needle drop, diamond drop, inaccurate timekeeping, and stops caused by non-human reasons (for watch malfunctions caused by human reasons, only the cost of spare parts will be charged)

Special Note:

1. Watches are high-precision and high-value goods, please wear them properly according to the user manual to increase their actual lifespan

2. The appearance of the watch is a vulnerable part. Scratches and strap wear during normal use are not covered by the warranty.
